Option 1: Go to Entra ID--> properties--> Access management for Azure resources(enable) once it is done, please try to access the subscription
Option 2: If in your subscription any other user is having the owner permission request him to remove the assignment then try to access the subscription
Option 3: If the above two options are not working, please raise a ticket with Microsoft support
