Urgent: PostgreSQL Flexible Server stuck in 'Failed' state

Our PostgreSQL Flexible Server (name: psqlf-asortisde-asortisdedb-database-we-multi) in West Europe is currently stuck in a 'Failed' provisioning state after a resource health event.

We cannot restart, or access the server via CLI or Portal. All operations return InternalServerError.

Tracking ID from CLI: ca4f8475-1e76-41ae-bad5-122be7ad5cf8

We have tried to stop but after that it is in stopping state and for a long time.

This is blocking our production systems, and we are on a basic Azure subscription without technical support. Please advise on how to recover access. Seems like we are not able to do anything, nothing works

Thanks in advance,

Jama

    Hi,

I believe your server should be up and running now. Can you check and confirm? The backend VM on the server was likely unhealthy earlier.

    Thank You!
