Using Microsoft Fax and Scan Application on Windows 10. Installed Fax & Scan on new Windows 11 computer, and copied all folders from Fax & Scan W1ndows 10 computer to new Windows 11 computer. The migrated "Send" faxes do not show on Windows 11 computer.

Migrated from a windows 10 computer, to a new windows 11 computer. I copied all my sent item faxes from old Windows 10 computer to a flash drive. Then I pasted all the copied faxes into the sent item folder, on the Windows 11. When I opened windows fax and scan, the faxes did not show in the sent item folder. I sent a test fax, and saw that fax now appeared solo, in the sent items folder. Used windows explorer to see all the old sent faxes AND the new sent fax in the sent items folder. I think that tells me I am using the right folders, but there is something that is preventing me from seeing all the sent faxes that I had on my windows 10 computer. but what? Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

    Several things are suggested:

Uninstall and reinstall Windows Fax and Scan.

Grant Full Control to Administrators, NETWORK SERVICE, and your user account on the SentItems folder.

Run Windows Fax and Scan as administrator.

Ensure faxes are in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\SentItems
