How do I delist our public IP range that's blocked on Azure ?

Our ISP's public IPs are being blocked from accessing Azure-hosted web services.

Some of our customers have started reporting that they are unable to access certain New Zealand government websites and are receiving a “The request is blocked” error.

After checking with the website owners’ support teams, they advised that the IPs are being denied from the Azure end and recommended contacting Microsoft to have them delisted.

How can I get these IPs delisted?

How do I contact Microsoft support to investigate this issue?

    Hello Chamila De Silva

Before escalating, you need to confirm the IPs being blocked. There are third party sites like ipvoid which you can use to verify.

Or otherwise, confirm with a traceroute or curl if it’s a direct IP block from Azure or an application-layer restriction

If you confirm this, you will need to create a support request to get assistance here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

Please note: If you have Priority Community support please wait for a dedicated Microsoft support representative to assist you, as they have access to the necessary backend resources.

    Regards,

    Abiola
