Azure AI Document Intelligence - Unable to see project under "All projects"

I have a custom extraction model project set up that others need access to—they have access to the Document Intelligence resource and the Storage Account in question, but when they try to use the filter under "All Projects" it doesn't return anything.
We are using a VNet along with private endpoints, could this be the issue?

I am able to see the All projects:

Troubleshooting Steps
- Please ensure that user have necessary permission over virtual network to communicate over private endpoint and subnet. If the Storage Account has been set up with a Virtual Network (VNet) or specific firewall configurations, these restrictions could potentially prevent access to the project.
- Additionally, it's essential to confirm that all users have the appropriate permissions (Cognitive Service Contributor) granted for both the Document Intelligence resource and the linked Storage Account (Document intelligence as Contributor to Storage with managed identity option) to ensure they can access the project without any issues. Additionally, you can select the Subscription on the dropdown which you are using.
- Please make sure you are on correct active directory and using managed identities if on virtual network.

2025-04-14T17:00:29.0233333+00:00 Yes, I am the owner of the project in question, and I am able to see the projects without any issues. It only seems to occur to other users when they try to search for the project.
I am certain that all users have the appropriate permissions, but I will double check those along with the VNet/Firewall configs.
