Can you create a SQL Server Database with a Developer E5 license?He

Hello, I am using the Developer E5 license. I tried to create a SQL Server Database in Azure, but the default region (US) did not work. Can I create a database using this license? If so, what region should I select? I live in the United States.

@Carolyn Young SQL database is not included with an E5 developer subscription
The below apps and services are included

  • Includes 25 user licenses for development purposes
  • Access core Microsoft 365 workloads and capabilities (Windows not included), including:
  • All Office 365 apps including SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more
  • Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
  • Advanced analytics with Power BI
  • Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) for compliance and information protection
  • Azure Active Directory for building advanced identity and access management solutions
