Can you create a SQL Server Database with a Developer E5 license?He

Hello, I am using the Developer E5 license. I tried to create a SQL Server Database in Azure, but the default region (US) did not work. Can I create a database using this license? If so, what region should I select? I live in the United States.

Do you have the appropriate RBAC roles assigned in your Azure Tenancy? Has your subscription reached any resource limits?

Hello MartinCairney-6481. Thank you for responding to my question, and I apologize for the delay in responding. In the PPAC, I tried creating another environment, and received the following error message: "This environment can't be created because of your org (tenant) needs at least 1 GB of database capacity. Request ID de51fe1b-d1d1-4ba6-a6f9-352908ca20c8. Attached is a screen shot of the capacity for the tenant. . When I signed up for the E5 license, I did not set RBAC, and I didn't attempt to install any databases, so I don't know why the tenant is over capacity.

@Carolyn Young SQL database is not included with an E5 developer subscription
The below apps and services are included

Includes 25 user licenses for development purposes
Access core Microsoft 365 workloads and capabilities (Windows not included), including:
All Office 365 apps including SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more
Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
Advanced analytics with Power BI
Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) for compliance and information protection
Azure Active Directory for building advanced identity and access management solutions

Thank you for confirming the E5 developer subscription does not allow creating a SQL server database. Have a good weekend.
