I have a new HP Chromebook and am trying to set up the Teams app. I have two children with glow accounts which they need to access daily. Once I sign one account when I try to add the other Teams is not registering that it is a new email address and it is not asking for the password it just takes me straight into the same account already there. This is not an issue with any other devices or accounts.

    Hi @Lindsey McDiarmid ,

Do you mean you cannot switch your account to sign in Microsoft Teams?

Have you tried to login in Teams web client?

To exclude the client issue, we we firstly recommend you ensure you have the latest version of client and try to clear the local cache for Microsoft Teams.

    1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
    2. Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
    3. Delete contents of the entire folder.
    4. Restart Microsoft Teams.

If I misunderstand your issues, please let me know more details about it. Thanks for your understanding!
