Do I have a licence to use VISIO?

Hello,

I have a Microsoft 365 Apps for business licence.

Does VISIO come within this package? Or I would have to purchase it separately?

If it does come within this package, how can I start using it?

Do you mean you have a license for the Microsoft 365 Apps for business shown on this link?
The Visio desktop app is not included in this Microsoft 365 Apps for business, the screenshot below is taken from this link.

I think you may refer to DSPatrick's suggesetion.
But please note, Visio Plan 1 does not include the Visio desktop app, it has web version of Visio.
Then to install Visio, please refer to "Install Visio"
