    It's an inherent problem one has to read this post in order to open a support case. I'm paying the $100/mo and find it impossible to open a case. AWS it's beyond easy, very knowledgable help is right there, it's always been that way with AWS. MS is trying to compete with EC2, yet it's simply impossible to open a cause, the issue selections are not relevant and frustrating to have to wade through. Copy the best parts of your competitors, copy the good support.
