The sidecar container (in your case, cataloghub/n8n-cataloghub) is likely running, but Azure's management plane cannot reach it to confirm the status, due to the network rules in place.

You're seeing the message "Unable to determine statuses. You may have network isolation that restricts access to container statuses" on your Azure App Service when using a sidecar container. This typically happens when the App Service is running in a VNET-injected (network isolated) environment, such as using a regional VNET integration or running in an App Service Environment (ASE) and when Azure is unable to query the container status because the network isolation blocks its internal health/status check mechanism.

Ensure that your app's ingress is configured correctly. If your app should be accessible externally, make sure that ingress is enabled and set to the appropriate level (either External for public access or Internal for intra-environment access).

If your app is integrated with a virtual network, ensure that it has DNS access to required endpoints. Misconfigurations in DNS or restricted outbound access can block the container from reaching necessary services.

If your application requires access to external services (like databases or APIs), check that the necessary firewall rules are in place to allow this access.

Check the logs for the sidecar container to see if there are any specific errors that indicate why it might not be running.

If your app is hosted in an App Service Environment (ASE), verify the NSG rules to ensure that they allow traffic from the public IP of the computer you are using
