Microsoft has been ducking my messages/emails and refusing to assist in the issue im facing
This is not only myself, but also one of my colleagues.
Ive had 3 Microsoft remote support sessions due to a terrible AVD experience to a client with many host pool AVDs - Sessions are freezing, pixelating, speeds suddenly drop intermittently across random AVDs
We have been asked to collect memory dump files to which our business has agreed, Micorosfts upload platform stopped working, to which i attempted in reaching out to 2 responsible parties.
one party said "can i close this as one of the other microsoft team members are helping.
The other isnt responding at all.
Ive had an open case TrackingID#2503050030001824 for over a month now, and 90% of the time is trying to get a response from microsoft and excuses as to why it didnt happen.
I was asked to log a new case, to an individuals microsoft email, I obliged and stated as long as i get support im happy to do this.
I still have not got any response from any of the parties.
The clients AVD environment is still facing resource issues - with no apps running and nothing to indicate why.
Has anyone had luck getting through to Microsoft support with effective and legitimate troubleshooting?
