I cannot access OneDrive, local installed version and web both.

At first, my local OneDrive sync was broken and automatically signed out. I tried to sign in but failed. So I have updated Windows and re-installed Office 365 and OneDrive. Now I noticed that I cannot access Web OneDrive also.
