how can I purchase a international telephone plan for Microsoft team?

Now that Skype is ending on May 1st how do I continue calling international phone numbers? Will MS just transfer my payment to Teams? Or do I need to purchase a new plan? Will MS stop charging me monthly for the Skype plan??
There is not much information about Skype closing, other than it is closing.
