
I have been stuck with this error for 2 weeks now.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium benefits were on hold due to internal technical glitches.
This person, ***@microsoft.com, tried helping me around March 5th but then gave me all different ways of fixing it, and it did not work. Later on she started ghosting the emails.
I created a ticket from the founder's hub, and ****@microsoft.com replied, saying the benefits are already redeemed. But when I check all of my emails under my domain, I cannot find which one has been tagged. I have reached out to 3 teams and 8+ customer care representatives, but no one helped me resolve it.
ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
Help me resolve this issue at earliest.
