Microsoft 365 E5 developer sandbox environments information

Dear All,

I'm trying to reactivate my Microsoft E5 tenant lab, but I'm feeling disappointed.

I am certified on several MS solutions, I need to be able to try some settings in a sandbox environment!

I fully understand the new policy to prevent spammers from being able to send emails, but what about the professionals who work with this product every day?

I'm not in a position to pay 1,199 USD /year for a visual studio subscription, I'm not a programmer, I'm a system administrator / with a specialization in M365.

What's the solution for workers in my situation?

I've tried several things, but without success.
