Hi Team,
I am facing an issue in accessing serial console of all vms in us-east region.
It was working fine last week.
I had just powered on the VM.
I can see from boot diagnostics that the VM is up but unbale to connect serail console
Troubleshooting done
2.Tried restarting the vm
3.Tried stopping the VM and starting it again
4. Tried another VM
4.Tried installing a new VM
Kindly help to resolve the issue

Could you please let me know, if there are any changes done recently? Is the boot diagnostics storage account accessible?
The Serial Console uses GRUB and kernel boot args to connect early during boot. If Azure’s backend platform managing serial console sessions is experiencing issues, you’ll see a timeout like this despite the VM being fine.
I am not sure ..Can you help me how can verify my boot diagnostics storage account?

I am facing the same issue. I noticed it today. All VMs are in Azure US East and the issue is affecting Windows and Linux VMs. I am seeing the error in multiple subscriptions.

We are also facing the exact same issue on our Azure subscription in East US and East US2, Is Microsoft checking on this?

Same here, all VMs in EUS and EUS2. Would like to know a fix
Looks like the issue has been resolved serial console is working at least for me now
