I don't receive verification code

I can't login in my Aure personal account, in which I'm the admin and only user.

I’m trying to log in to Azure. Azure sends a verification code to my Microsoft Authenticator app, and I receive the code and approve it. However, it then sends a second code that I don’t receive, so I’m unable to authenticate.

If I try to use another authentication method, it either sends another code to the app that I don’t receive, or it asks me to generate a code with the Authenticator app. When I type the code from the Authenticator app, it says it’s incorrect.

Hello @Jose Mayorga,

Thank you for connecting offline.

Based on the affected user account details, when I checked on my end, I see there is another global admin present in your tenant on yahoo.com account. Using this account first we tried getting access to the tenant and reset the MFA for the affected accounts by following the below steps:

To manage user settings, complete the following steps:

1.Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least an Authentication Administrator.

2.Browse to Identity > Users > All users.

3.Choose the user you wish to perform an action on and select Authentication methods. At the top of the window, then choose “Require re-register MFA” options for the user.
