Hi User Test
When you have an alias email address in Microsoft 365, any emails sent to that alias will also be delivered to your primary email address. This means that you can access emails sent to your alias through your primary inbox.
In Outlook, when you receive an email at your alias address, it will appear in your inbox just like emails sent to your primary address. However, when replying to emails, the "From" address will depend on the Outlook client you are using. Outlook on the web will use the alias from which the email was received, while the Outlook desktop application will use your primary email address.
If you want to send emails from your alias, you can enable the option to send from aliases in Outlook on the web. This allows you to select your alias from the "From" dropdown when composing a new email.
