How can enable the use of find feature (ctrl+f) in azure Kudu console debug as it dosent work any more?

kudu debug console not show the code in colors any more as ususal and the features like find using shortcut key (ctrl+f) dosent work any more.

You can try below ways and editor , hope this helps,

When you’re browsing files in Kudu:

Right-click on the file you want

Click Download or View Raw

Open it in a new tab — now Ctrl+F works perfectly

Use App Service Editor (aka Monaco Editor)- This is a full editor and supports Ctrl+F:

Go to: https://<yourappname>.scm.azurewebsites.net/dev

This opens the App Service Editor

It's like VS Code in the browser with working: Syntax highlighting,Ctrl+F, Ctrl+H, etc., Multi-file search

Use Visual Studio Code App Service Extension

Install the Azure App Service extension for VS Code

Sign in with your Azure account

Attach to your Web App

Browse and edit files with full search

Can you please share the screen shot where you can't use CTRL +f or can not copy the content.

I can able to do it so far , just wanted to know, if something i can check through screen shot. Please do share , will help you with that.

Hi Mohammed Abdelsamad,

I would suggest remove the cursor focus from KUDU and do (Ctrl +f ) for the entire page , that seems working as i have pasted below and in comment. Let me know for further assist. Thanks User's image
