Am problema legata de ‘’A aparut o problema la resetarea PC ului.Nu s au efectuat modificari’’

Salut ,am acesta problema de cateva zile,am urmat nenumarate tutoriale de pe internet si m am documentat si pe formul microsoft,dar degeaba ,am incercat aproape toate lucrurile care se puteau din cmd, sau de la troubleshoot inclusiv toate optiunile complexe.Asa ca mai am o incercare prin care va cer ajutorul
