Access denied while renaming catroot2 folder

Hi everyone,
Windows update rolls back during the patching for Windows server 2016,
To fix the issue, executed the below commands but unable to rename catroot2
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
Any advice to rename catroot2 is highly appreciated
