Facing issues in installing MARS agent in on premises windows server for backup

I need to take backup of C drive of the on premises windows server everyday thrice. For that I created a recovery service vault (https://portal.azure.com/#@dentistinoregonohgmail.onmicrosoft.com/resource/subscriptions/f42ead6f-6ec4-4a44-a21f-47a06c4bb8f4/resourceGroups/oregonbackup/providers/Microsoft.RecoveryServices/vaults/oregonbackup/overview). While installing the MARS agent in the server it throws error again and again. Please find the attached error screenshot for reference.

Please help me on this issue ASAP and setup a short meeting.
