Why don't I have an option to add a webhook to a teams channel?

I'm trying to follow this guide. However I can't see the option to add a webhook, even though my colleague can, is there anything I'm missing?

Hi Alex Marshall, thanks for raising your issue. Teams connectors are now deprecated, you're supposed to use the Workflows app as a replacement.
