Getting errors when using Power Apps application

I followed the 'beginner' instructions for creating my first app in Power Apps. When I use the 'build a three-screen app I get the error in the 2nd image, and when I follow the 'create a canvas app' instruction I get the error in the 1st image. I need help getting past these errors. Thank you.

Check the DLP policies: Make sure that the DLP policies for your environment have been properly configured.
