I have a Visual Studio Professional (MPN) subscription and want to create a 365 Developer Program sandbox, but apparently I do not qualify for that.
"Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."
I have joined the developer program. Anyone know why it's not possible?
