Hi, I'm Henry! I will help you with this.

It sounds like you're experiencing multiple issues with Windows, including problems with the Photos app, the Print Screen key, and a failed Windows Update installation. Here’s how you can troubleshoot each issue:

    1. Restore the Photos App

If the Photos app is missing or not working:

    Reset the app:

    • Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
    • Find Microsoft Photos, click Advanced options.
    • Click Reset.

    Reinstall the app:

    • Open Microsoft Store.
    • Search for Microsoft Photos.
    • Click Install. More details on resetting the Photos app can be found here.

    2. Fix the Print Screen Key Issue

If the Print Screen (PrtScn) key isn’t working:

    • Check keyboard settings:
      • Open Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard.
      • Ensure "Use the Print Screen button to open Snipping Tool" is enabled.
    • Try an alternative shortcut:
      • Press Win + Shift + S to take a screenshot.

More information on Print Screen issues can be found here.

    3. Fix Windows Update Error (0x800f020b)

If Quin - Printer - 2.7.1.0 fails to install:

    • Run Windows Update Troubleshooter:
      • Open Settings → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters.
      • Select Windows Update and click Run.
    • Manually remove the failed update:
      • Open Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager).
      • Find the printer driver and uninstall it.
    • Try installing the update again after restarting your PC.

Let me know if any of these solutions work for you.
