Boot, System start-up

Question

Hello!

It's a humble request to Microsoft and team those who are responsible for handling this issues, it's kindly request that my system not boots from 8 days am trying again and again it's shutdown, but I came to know it's because it's updating hours and daily using time may be, but we have EId on 3rd and My brother Marriage on 05th of this month, I was busy and am in holidays, I can share my everything,  please kindly help me from this issue.
