I am having an annoying issue with CLI.

Then I get more annoyed when I try to get help.

I hope I can find some help here.

First things first: I could not find what I think would be the correct child tag for this request. So please understand me if this question is not posted under correct tags.

Well, to the problem!
I have ONE subscription, with a couple of resources.
I have a microsoft account - which I use to login in azure portal.

however, when I run the command azure login in my computer, it opens a web login small screen, which I use to pick my sole account, and...
ERROR!
says I have NO subscription. This is just terrible... =(

    Well,

None of the answers could set me free from the pain of specify the single tenant in my single account.
Felt like an alien... Why only myself need to go thru this pain to run a simple command like az login.

I got a explanations - which I greatly thanks all for that - but that's all!
I would be soffering the same pain if I did not update my azure CLI from 2.70.0 to 2.71.0
After upgrading, I now only need to choose on subscription among my long list of ... one subscritions ... to finish my login successfully. But I do not need to specify the tenant anymore.
