Before providing further suggestions, there is some information we need to confirm:
- Do you mean you have DAG in your organization? How many DAG member servers, and db copies do you have for each database?
- Does the issue occur for all databases on specific Exchange server, or only occur for specific db and db copies?
- Would you please provide the error information when you try to mount the database? Please also notice to cover the personal information.
