What should I do about this Windows Authoring Guide infinite login loop?

I’m trying to contribute to this GitHub repository: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/win32. Its CONTRIBUTING.md file says:

You can find guidance on using this repo in the Windows Authoring Guide.

Whenever I click on that Windows Authoring Guide link, it asks me to choose a Microsoft account. After I choose a Microsoft account, it brings me back to the screen where I need to choose a Microsoft account. I then choose a Microsoft account, and it brings me back to the screen where I need to choose a Microsoft account. Basically, it puts me in an infinite loop where I keep having to choose a Microsoft account over and over again.

What do I need to do in order to access the Windows Authoring Guide?
