For Windows Server 2025, every release of monthly cumulative updates has 2 patches available from Microsoft Update Catalog.

1. KB5043080 (September Security Update)
2. Monthly Security Update

Patch KB5043080 is already present in operating system, then for each update the following details in catalog mentioned as below. Can you give us more information why we need to install the September month patch before updating to any other cumulative update.
