How to merge accounts

HI team!

Some month ago I received my Az-900 certification with my business mail.

Today I left the company and i dont have access to that mail, so i cannot find my certification.

Since this account was deleted from my company I'm not able to login and merge accounts following the documentation.

Can u please help me with that?
