How to connect to the sandbox for the microsoft azure training

hello everyone i have a probleme connecting to my account for the microsoft azure sandbox i have already coonfirmed my account but still dont have access to it i need your help please

Try this steps too

Sign Out, Clear Cache, and Use Incognito/Private Mode

Complete Sign‑Out: Make sure you sign out of all Microsoft services (Azure portal, Microsoft Learn, etc.) in your browser.

Clear Cached Credentials: Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for domains like microsoft.com, azure.com, and learn.microsoft.com can help remove any stale credentials.

Try Incognito/Private Mode: Open an incognito or private browsing window and sign in with your personal Microsoft account (for example, an @outlook.com or @hotmail.com address). This step ensures no old session data interferes with your login.

Hi Mansour Sylla,

We appreciate your patience. We have notified our internal team of the issue and suggest you follow this temporary workaround as suggested by TP:

You can work around the issue by first Activating the sandbox (solving puzzles, reviewing permissions, etc.) and then once you see the sign-in box appear on the right open a new browser tab. In this new tab, browse to https://shell.azure.com. If your existing sandbox hasn't expired you can use that instead of activating a new one.

When prompted, click Bash (the exercise has both PowerShell and Bash. You can switch between them as needed using button above cloud shell window).

Next choose No storage account required, for Subscription select Concierge Subscription, and click Apply.

After several seconds delay while a cloud shell is requested and connected to, you should see $ prompt. At this point you can complete the exercises instructions, copy/paste code from exercise tab to cloud shell tab as needed, etc.

hello thank you for replying i really appreciate it and i got access to it but still have a bit problem but that one i think is not my side because when i create a resource it will not show up on my resource group this is what is showing

(Code: AccessDenied) Access is denied to the requested resource. The user might not have enough permission. (Code: AccessDenied) Try refreshing the page. Your resources aren't affected by the issue, we're just having trouble showing this view right now. To see a list of resources, select Simplified View.
