Good Afternoon,

I appreciate any help you can give me... I frequently use Intune to reset company devices for the next user, however, 3 times I have received BSOD. I have run every troubleshooting option available and even used command prompt to try to fix this with no luck. Any tips, tricks, troubleshooting, anything to get me past this would be greatly appreciated.

Is there something I am missing when I am wiping these devices? How can I avoid this happening in the future?

Thank you for your time.

This becomes known issue in some models. Root cause could be because the disk drive adapter is set to RAID by default. Changing it to ACHI mode may solve the problem but unfortunately it must be done before WIPE and typically it is manual task to do in BIOS level.
