How can I Deploy and install Application using sccm and System Center Orchestrator by AD Login

Hi Guys
I want to deploy any Applications using SCCM 2403 and SCOR 2022 by AD login.
I mean, if the user login by AD, it should deploy the Application.
For example:
The ZOOM should be deployed if the user try to login on the AD Domain.
Does has any one try it?
Could you give me an example?
