Problem is with specific "example1.docx" document.

Word 365 - when saving this document as PDF, document is saved blank, 0kb. (tried on few computers)

Word 2016 - when saving this document as PDF, document saves normally, as it should. (tried on few computers)

This problem exists only with this "example1.docx" document.

What could be the problem?

    @Edmundas

    What kind of content is in the document?
    If there is no no sensitive information, could you please provide screenshots of this document to share with us?
    As this problem just occurs with a specific document, it is not ruled out the issue is related to the content.
    I suggest you create a new blank document, copy all content from "example1.docx" to this new document, and keep text only.

    In addition to Save As, it is also recommended to use Export to create PDF format file, and use Print > Microsoft Print to PDF check this issue.
