Query: Upgrading a Single Microsoft 365 Account to a Standard Subscription

Hello Community,

Our organization uses Microsoft 365 with multiple user accounts under our tenant (e.g., ******@moondive.co, ******@moondive.co). We currently have a Developer subscription for the tenant now, we are exploring the possibility of upgrading only one account, ******@moondive.co, to a Standard subscription.

Is it feasible to assign a Standard license to just one user within the tenant without upgrading all accounts? If yes, could you kindly guide us through the process or provide any related resources?

Our goal is to optimize costs by maintaining the Developer or free tier for the remaining accounts while ensuring ******@moondive.co has access to the features included in the Standard plan.
