My subscription has been disabled due to suspicious activity

My Azure subscription has been disabled "due to suspicious activity". I have an email telling me this, and sure enough nothing works.

I am a member of the Startup Founders Hub. I have a customer expecting to use our MVP today, but nothing works. Fortunately, just that one customer today. But is this a common occurence in Azure? Things just get cancelled with no contact and no way of resolving it promptly? What if I had hundreds of paying customers, should I just expect things to stop working sometimes?

Not very reassuring for someone new to Azure.

The email provides no details, other than that I should create a support ticket if I think the suspension is an error. I do think it is an error. However, to create a support ticket I need a support plan. To create a support plan I need an active subscription. But my subscription has been disabled.

What should I do?

    Hi @Bruce Greig ,

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free and no supportplan is required:

    Create an Azure support request
