Not getting sent a code

I’m trying to sign into my university email account and I’ve never had a problem like this before. I know my password and it says it needs more information and sends a code to my Authenticator app but I never receive a code? Please help

    Please follow below steps :

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Microsoft Authenticator app installed as older versions might not support all features. To get the latest version, please check Download Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Support
    2. If you're using VPN, try disconnecting to see if the issue persists. Please try to switch to another stable network as well.
    3. Alternate Sign-in Method: If the Authenticator app is not working, try using another sign-in method, such as receiving a code via text message or email, if available.
    4. if you are end user or if you are admin but other user has admin rights, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask admin to re-register the Authentication method for your account. Admin can do it by follow Manage user authentication options. (If you are not sure who is your admin, can refer this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).  Image
