Hello,

In my organisation some users cant see this setting while some can, is there a setting where this is disabled somewhere for the organisation? All users use the same teams version so they should be able to see it.

Is there a setting somewhere else then here where employees can edit their chat settings?

    There is no policy or admin setting that you can use to control this, afaik. What you are seeing is likely due to your users being in a different "update ring". Given the scale of Microsoft 365, there is no guarantee that any two users will be on the exact same version, even if they are part of the same tenant. As the update gets rolled out across all datacenters, all users should start seeing the same experience.
