I want to get extra 30 minute accomondation approval for certification exam.

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am currently unable to access my Microsoft exam scheduling portal. When I try to log in at https://microsoft.onhgcloud.com/asp/HgPortal.asp, I receive a message saying that my account is locked.

Additionally, I would like to request 30 minutes of extra time (ESL accommodation) for my upcoming Microsoft Azure certification exam, as English is not my native language. I am unable to find the language preference setting in my certification profile to request this accommodation.

Please assist me with the following:

Unlock my account so I can access the exam scheduling portal.

Enable the 30-minute ESL accommodation on my certification profile.
