We received an update from the PG Team regarding your error. The tenant is already scheduled for deletion due to having no active paid subscriptions in the past 200 days. Therefore, it is recommended to create a new tenant for your use case. Additionally, you have confirmed that you would like to create a new Entra account to start over.
