Facing error AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

Hello,

Today I ran into the errorcode AADSTS5000225.

I followed the suggested steps and called the MS Global Support phone number (Netherlands), and struggled my way through the questions of the bot. This bot ended up saying the Entra support is now online.

I then went to https://aka.ms/prosupport like the bot suggested, where I have to login via my Admin account, which is blocked, so I cant log in, and I cant get help.

How do I reactivate the blocked tenant?

    We received an update from the PG Team regarding your error. The tenant is already scheduled for deletion due to having no active paid subscriptions in the past 200 days. Therefore, it is recommended to create a new tenant for your use case. Additionally, you have confirmed that you would like to create a new Entra account to start over.
