Can’t login to my Entra ID account as it Authenticator not working on new phone

I changed my phone and the authenticator app didn’t back up correctly so I am not getting notifications on the app when i am trying to log in. I am stuck in a loop now as I can’t sign in another way since I need authenticator working in order to do this. There is only options to use the Authenticator app. If I were to be able to send a text to my phone number for example, that would solve the problem as I can still access the phone number.
