Have you made any recent changes to your VM or storage configurations? Also, could you please share more details about the disk storage? You can refer to the 'Cost Management' section in your portal, as shown in the screenshot below. If you could elaborate a bit more and share additional information, we will be better able to assist in addressing this issue -

I have check billing they have confirmed that the issue is not related to billing.
Glen Little, can you check there are two active service types in your subscription (Premium page bob P10 LRS disk" and also "Premium SSD Managed Disks P10 LRS disk)
