Internal Server Error connecting Translator to Azure Blob storage account for days

In Azure Translator created an Azure Translator resource on tier S1. I cannot connect my storage account. I created a new storage account with all the permissions needed and have increasing added them (more than I should need) without any luck. This includes "Storage Blob Data Contributor" & reader roles as well as some higher level roles.
Every time i select my storage account I get an Internal Server Error.
I have attached the screen and the persmissions on my account.

I set up this diagnostic query yesterday but i returns nothing.
