How do I select "Azure OpenAI Identity" when adding a data store in Azure OpenAI Foundry?

In the Azure AI Foundry Portal, in my deployment, I am trying to create a data store for potentially abusive user detection. However, it's not allowing me to select an "Azure OpenAI Identity".
I followed the instructions to a T: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/how-to/risks-safety-monitor#potentially-abusive-user-detection
Most importantly, I created a system-assigned Identity associated with my Azure OpenAI resource, and gave it admin permissions to the database. I assume this identity is what's supposed to be showing up (but isn't).

Occasionally, there might be glitches within the Azure portal itself. Refresh the page or try logging out and back in to see if that helps.
And also make sure you meet below requirements.
- Apply content filter to the deployment.
- Send UserGUID through 'user' field in API calls and users with at least 10 harmful requests per day will be included for abuse analysis.

In the past, I've spent hours trying to fix an issue with Azure only to find out that Microsoft's documentation was outdated and inaccurate. I worry that this is one of those cases.
