VMSS not getting deployed while setting up cloud management gateway

Hello
i m trying to create Cloud management Gateway in configuration manager it creates all resources in cloud Accept VMSS , i have almost spend a month trying to figure out , it will be great help some can guide me , also i don't get any deployment failure error in azure cloud .

I understand that you are facing issue while deploying CMG with VMSS.
Here's a few things you might need to check:
- Configuration Manager doesn't enable this optional feature by default. You must enable this feature before using it. For more information, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/configmgr/core/servers/manage/optional-features
- Starting in version 2010, customers with a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) subscription can deploy the CMG with a virtual machine scale set in Azure
- There are some limitations with version 2111, CMG deployments with a virtual machine scale set support Azure US Government cloud environment.
