I see "connection time out" issue sometime while running the azure b2c custom policy

Hii team,
I have created Azure b2c custom policy which is working fine but sometime, i face "connection timeout issue" while trying to logging through custom policy. This issue is occasional.
why i am facing this issue sometime while trying to logging via custom policy? Please let me know the reason behind this.

Thanks for you answer. I have enable the application insight and also monitoring the sign-in logs in Entra ID for b2c custom policy. I will check the logs next time when I face this issue. I will post the issue here.
