After a recent Windows update, an error message 0x80070103 appears during the installation of an HP USB driver.
Details of the error:
The installation process downloads 100%, but when it attempts to install, the error message prompts to try again repeatedly. The USB connection to the HP printer seems to be functioning properly.
Is there a known solution or workaround for this issue?
