Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I would like to schedule the Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst exam as an online, proctored test. I have completed the PL-300 study guide and am ready to register Online

Nationality: Syrian passport holder.

Residence: Born and raised in Lebanon; I hold a valid Lebanese residency permit (Iqāma) issued on the basis of my mother’s Lebanese citizenship Profile Country: My Microsoft Certification profile lists Lebanon as my country of residence Am I eligible to take the PL-300 exam online from Lebanon given my Syrian nationality but valid Lebanese residency? Microsoft states there are no nationality restrictions for certification exams, provided candidates meet residency and ID requirements? Is it acceptable to take the exam online from Lebanon even though my passport is Syrian? Past forum discussions indicate the address on your certification profile must match your current residence I’m aware that certain nationalities, ace extra restrictions; can you confirm that Syrian nationals with legitimate Lebanese residency are not subject to similar limitations Thank you for your guidance. I look forward to your confirmation so I can proceed with scheduling my exam.

Kind regards, Ali Aghawani
